| Dept Windows | Orcad tools are available for Windows. They can only be used by UCL staff or students. They cannot be used by visitors or Honorary staff. They cannot be used for commercial purposes. |
| Dept Linux | The Systems and IC tools are available on all linux hosts. They can only be used by UCL staff or students. They cannot be used by visitors or Honorary staff. They cannot be used for commercial purposes. Any linux users will also need to siign NDA's for various PDK's that are available to use. |
| Remote Access |
This is available on SGD.You will need to start the Cadence Desktop (Rocky 8) application to use the latest version. To use older versions you should start the CentOS Dekstop application |
| Home use | No - this is only available on UCL owned PCs |
| Comments | Most of the cadence software tools are only available on Linux. The Orcad tools are available for Windows. Anybody wishing to use this software will need to be authorized to do so by support staff. |
