What to do if you can not login to UCL IT services
All password management at UCL is handled by the Information Services Division (ISD).
If you haven't already done so, it is strongly recommended that you register your mobile phone number on the ISD MyAccount service. This will allow you to remotely reset your password if necessary.
When you set your UCL password, the MyAccount service will tell you how long you can keep your password for. This is directly related to the strength of your password. The stronger the password is, the longer you can keep it before you have to change it.
You will receive a number of email reminders that your password is due to expire. Please do not ignore these messages. Please make sure you change your password before it expires.
Warning: When you change your password it can take up to 2 hours before this change is synchronised across all UCL services
