If you are using a MacOS or Linux PC, you will need to download the client from thinlinc and manually configure it:

Run the thinlinc client and connect to thinlinc.ee.ucl.ac.uk

You will then be presented with a list of applications or desktops that you can connect to. Select the application/desktop and click on the "start" button to run that application or connect to the remote desktop.

If you are running a thinlic session in full screen mode, you will need to press F8 and chose "Minimize", in order to go back to the desktop of your local PC
